RTS India Refund Policy

RTS India values customer satisfaction and strives to provide the best financial services. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for refund requests to ensure transparency and customer trust.

  1. Scope of Policy

This refund policy applies to all services provided by RTS India, including but not limited to loan processing, insurance services, card applications, CIBIL improvement services, and any other financial products offered via our platform.

  1. General Refund Conditions

Refunds will be considered under specific conditions, including:

  • Overpayment or Duplicate Payments: If an error leads to overpayment or duplicate payments for a service, the customer can request a refund.
  • Technical Failures: If a technical error on our platform results in a failed service delivery or incorrect transaction, a refund may be initiated.
  • Service Non-Delivery: If RTS India fails to deliver the agreed-upon service due to issues on our part, a full refund of the fees paid may be granted.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a customer identifies an unauthorized transaction related to their account, they should immediately contact RTS India for investigation and potential refund processing.
  1. Non-Refundable Services

Certain fees and services are non-refundable under this policy, including:

  • Processing Fees: Fees associated with loan processing, application processing, credit checks, administrative costs, and other services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
  • Voluntary Cancellations: If a customer cancels their service request after initiating the process, such as withdrawing a loan application or canceling an insurance policy after payment, refunds will not be issued.
  • Third-Party Fees: Fees charged by third-party partners (such as credit bureaus, insurance companies, or payment gateways) are not refundable through RTS India.
  1. Refund Process

To streamline the refund process, please follow these steps:

  • Request Submission: Customers must submit a written refund request within 7-14 days of the payment date. Requests can be sent to Refund@rtsindia.in  or by contacting our support team at +91 844 000 5400.
  • Required Information: The refund request must include the customer’s full name, contact details, transaction ID, payment method, date of transaction, and the reason for the refund.
  • Verification: Upon receiving the refund request, our team will review the details and may contact the customer for additional information or verification.
  • Approval: If the refund is approved, the customer will receive a confirmation via email or phone. Refunds will be processed within 45 business days through the original mode of payment.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if only a portion of the service was delivered or if specific fees are deemed non-refundable.
  1. Refund Exceptions

RTS India reserves the right to deny a refund request in the following scenarios:

  • Fraudulent Requests: Refunds will not be processed if there is evidence of fraud, misuse, or abuse of our services.
  • Policy Violations: If a customer has violated the terms and conditions of the service or failed to comply with RTS India’s policies, refund requests will be denied.
  • Late Submissions: Requests submitted beyond the stipulated timeframe (e.g., after 15 days) will not be considered for refunds.

Once a refund is processed, customers will be notified via their registered email or phone number. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

If a customer disagrees with the refund decision, they may escalate the matter by contacting our customer support team for further review. Our aim is to resolve disputes amicably and in a timely manner.

RTS India reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any updates.
